A state without empathy is a criminal syndicate with a flag.

I hope you’re well, whoever is reading this. I wish you hoped the same for me and your constituents. Empathy is the soul of democracy and ethical businesses. But I’m learning nothing from you about how you are protecting me, my family, and my community. I am committed to the American vision of strong, diverse communities of nurturing families caring for one another through the rule of law outlined in our US and Ohio Constitution. I wish I could say the same for you and your staff. We all have a duty to care for one another’s rights and freedoms. You and the President took an oath to defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. Specifically, Article 2 Section 3 of the Constitution states that the President “Shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” However, it is clear that the President doesn’t care about the Constitution or the people residing in Ohio. His cruelty is an affront to the “take care” clause. Minority leader, Allison Russo recently ranked the proposed Ohio budget a 2 out of 10, where 0 is cruelty for all and 10 is empathy for all. A nation or state or county, etc., without empathy is a crime syndicate with a flag, run by billionaire criminals and their ring of elected accomplices. Wouldn’t it be better to expand your empathy to include all Ohioans? Get some empathy.
