Millions of Americans are struggling to afford basic necessities — healthcare, food, housing — and your inaction is a slap in the face to every hardworking person in this country. These are not radical demands. They are the bare minimum expectations in the richest nation on earth. It’s time to compromise. Stop treating Democrats like the enemy and start treating them like the fellow public servants they are.
