Today the amateur nature of our nation’s elected and appointed leaders was exposed. Including the editor and chief of the Atlantic in a text group to discuss war plans would be laughable if it weren’t so terrifying. The people you are afraid to criticize are putting our security at risk and then trying to call it a hoax. To watch Pete Hegseth try to deflect a question by calling the story a joke and the journalist a hack is sad and disheartening and proves that he is in over his head. I find it a shame that your party is willing to just roll over and play dead while these buffoons make a mockery of our great nation. What is it going to take for you to look out for the reputation of the republic and protect us from this insanity.
