An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Pass the Equality Act

2 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

As your constituent, I encourage you to advocate for the passage of the Equality Act. There is an undeniable push to strip LGBTQIA+ individuals of their rights. The absence of federal laws explicitly protecting LGBTQIA+ people from discrimination allows states to pass harmful legislation that is detrimental to our communities. Congress, as the legislative body, holds the power to protect the inalienable rights of all Americans. The keyword is ALL. I look forward to a response from you on the efforts you will be taking to champion the EQUALITY ACT.
