NIH Funding Now

Today would have been my father's 73rd birthday. He died in 2021 from Alzheimer's. If you've lost someone from this cruel disease, you know you lose your loved one before their body dies. My father, a lifelong resident of the Spokane Valley worked 40+ years for Union Pacific Railroad, a hard job. When he retired, he received no joy due to disease taking hold of his brain. I am asking that you call for funding for NIH research, Alzheimer's being only one of the devastating diseases being researched, be reinstated immediately. Honor the memory of my father and the multitude who have suffered and let the research continue. Stand up. Stand up.
