Fix the National Defense Authorization Act

An unconstitutional provision which would keep the identity of #SCOTUS spouses’ employers secret, has been added on p. 2544 of the 4,408-page National Defense Authorization Act bill. https://t.co/NEMOCYJGUn This appears to serve the immediate purpose of shielding Ginni Thomas’s participation in seditious conspiracy (if not outright treason) by effectively turning her professional entanglements into state secrets. This may also serve to protect Clarence Thomas from the need to recuse himself on matters relating to January 6th due to his wife’s involvement. This represents a danger to our democracy on both counts. The irony of sneaking it into a national defense bill is lost on no one. Remove this horrible and clearly unconstitutional provision from the bill.
