This decision, crossing party lines, lacks critical privacy reforms, risking warrantless surveillance on Americans. WHY?? Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act permits the government to collect communications between Americans and foreigners without warrants. Critics argue this bypasses constitutional protections, as agencies like ICE purchase sensitive data from brokers. Wake up: stop letting Trump and the GOP erode our rights.
