It's time for Congress to do its job as a co-equal branch of government sworn to support and defend the constitution against all enemies. Deploying the national guard in Los Angeles without the governor's say, without an insurrection is illegal. You need to draw the line now while you still can. Reject budget bill. Reject the massive increase in funding for ICE. Demand that ICE be instructed to respect Habeas corpus.
