Consider Sen. Warren’s SCOTUS reform proposals.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren has proposed a solution to clean up the Supreme Court and rebalance it. I believe her proposal merits serious consideration. It involves several sections restricting the ability of the members to engage in undisclosed financial dealings, strict recusal standards, term limits for the justices, and adding new members to balance the current partisan bias of the court. This, of course, will depend on the Democrats winning the majority in Congress and probably also the presidency, as the current president and congressional majorities would have no interest in returning to an ethical court. Please give her proposals serious thought. Thank you.
