This breach is not just a corporate failure—it signals the rise of a dangerous infrastructure that could enable fascist abuse of power. The potential misuse of mass surveillance capabilities against citizens or political opponents must be taken with the utmost seriousness and investigated thoroughly.

1. Call for a formal investigation by the FTC, DOJ, and any relevant cybersecurity oversight bodies;
2. Hold public hearings to determine how this breach occurred, whether DOGE or any affiliated parties violated privacy or cybersecurity laws, and what remedial actions are underway;
3. Ensure corporate accountability through civil and criminal penalties for willful disregard of privacy protections and national security risks.
We cannot allow corporations or platforms to treat personal and biometric data with such reckless disregard—or to turn it over to entities that may use it to undermine democratic institutions. I urge you to act immediately to protect your constituents, ensure transparency, and restore public trust.
