Stop the atrocities now

I think it is time for the Biden administration to change the position on Israel & Gaza. I used to represent Chase Manhattan Bank ( quite a few years ago) in its relationship with Israeli banks and the Central Bank and El Al. I have always been supportive of Israel, but I think that Netanyahu has gone too far. He is doing to the Palestinians what Hitler did to the Jews. He is forcing them into a ghetto and slowly starving them to death, at least those who are not killed outright by the IDF incursion into Gaza. I do believe there have been war crimes committed by both Hamas and the IDF. I think the administration should not lease or sell offensive weapons to Israel until there is a truce or permanent cease-fire. The sale of defensive weapons for the “iron dome “ should continue. Palestinian civilians should have the same right to safety as the Israelis. One cannot just shrug off the deaths of almost 40,000 innocent Palestinians and others as “collateral damage”. There should be accountability. I will still vote for President Biden as the alternative is too horrible to consider, but I am very disappointed in his slowness to respond more forcefully to Netanhayu’s atrocities. Respectfully,
