I’m a constituent calling on you to vote NO on the EPIC Act. This bill is a handout pharma does not need. Small molecule drugs make up about 90% of the prescription drugs in the market. Extending pharma’s pricing power for these drugs for an extra four years, as this bill proposes to do, would drive up prices for patients when we can least afford it. Drug companies don’t need giveaways like this to stay profitable. Please listen to constituents and stand with patients in the fight for affordable drugs. Vote NO on the EPIC Act. Thank you for your time for doing what’s right for the general public, not just millionaires.
