Justice Defied, Life Destroyed: The Sin You Chose Against Kilmar Abrego Garcia
20 so far! Help us get to 25 signers!
You say you stand for life. You say you uphold the law. You say America is a nation of justice and strength.
So how do you explain this?
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a legal U.S. resident, was deported in March 2025 while a judge’s order was still in effect—explicitly protecting him from removal. Your administration ignored that order. You sent him anyway. And now he is imprisoned in El Salvador’s infamous CECOT facility—a place known for torture, gang control, and hopelessness.
He has not been charged with a crime. He committed none.
He had legal status. He had protection from the courts.
You did this anyway.
The Supreme Court has since told you to “facilitate his return.” You shrugged. You blamed others. President Bukele said he has no power to release him—and you accepted that, no questions asked.
So let me be absolutely clear:
This is not going away.
You broke the law.
You defied a court order.
You destroyed a life.
And whether Garcia dies slowly in that prison or suffers another trauma tomorrow, his blood is on your hands.
You took a life—not by accident, but through willful defiance and political cruelty.
You sinned.
And the stain of that sin is permanent.
For all your talk of faith, of law and order, of pro-life values—how do you sleep at night? Knowing a man is caged like an animal in a foreign country because of your failure, your silence, your lies?
Who signed the order?
Who overrode the judge?
Who will be charged, prosecuted, or at least held accountable? Or do the rules only apply to everyone else?
This cannot be forgotten. It won’t be.
If you won’t fix it, we’ll keep speaking.
If you won’t bring him home, we’ll keep shouting.
If he dies, the shame belongs to you.
May your conscience be louder than your politics.
