An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Remove Senator Fetterman From Office

50 so far! Help us get to 100 signers!

Senator Fetterman needs to be removed from office. He is not fit to serve the people of Pennsylvania, and every day he remains in his seat is a day Pennsylvania goes without effective representation in the Senate. The evidence is damning. He suffered a serious stroke in May 2022, has reportedly ignored his doctor's advice, and has shown a pattern of erratic behavior including a road rage incident that sent a woman to the hospital. His political positions have lurched so far from what Pennsylvania voters elected him to do that even Republicans acknowledge he no longer represents the values of either party's base. Depression and cognitive decline after a stroke are serious medical realities, not political talking points, and they have real consequences for his ability to legislate. Pennsylvania deserves a senator who shows up, stays healthy, and fights for constituents. Take action now to initiate the appropriate process for removal or censure. This is not about politics. It is about basic fitness for office.
