We the People will NOT forget the Epstein files and Jan 6th

Outrage doesn’t even begin to explain our reaction to the recent conduct of the DOJ which appears increasingly evasive, politically motivated, and fundamentally incompatible with its duty; namely following and upholding the Law. During a recent congressional hearing, Acting AG Todd Blanche claimed not to understand what was meant by “the Epstein investigation.” That statement strains credibility to the breaking point. The Epstein case has been one of the most publicly scrutinized criminal investigations in the country for years. For the Acting AG to suddenly pretend confusion/amnesia over such a universally understood term comes across as blatant gaslighting of Congress, the survivors and the public. At best, this reflects a shocking dereliction of duty from the nation’s top law enforcement leadership. At worst, it creates the appearance of deliberate obstruction, institutional protectionism, and corruption within agencies entrusted to pursue justice without fear or favor. This is particularly horrifying considering the nature of the crimes already revealed. Americans are still waiting for answers and arrests regarding Epstein’s network, associates, possible co-conspirators, and unreleased records. The public deserves transparency, not semantic games designed to evade oversight and accountability. We are equally disturbed by reports that records, databases, and online materials related to the January 6th insurrection are being removed or altered from government websites. A democratic government does not get to rewrite history because the truth is politically inconvenient. Attempting to erase or obscure the public record is something Americans associate with authoritarian systems, not constitutional government. Whether through deliberate deletion, selective archiving, or bureaucratic maneuvering, the effect is the same: erosion of public trust and weakening of democratic accountability. The DOJ’s responsibility is not to protect political narratives. Its responsibility is to enforce the law impartially, preserve evidence and historical records, and maintain public confidence through honesty and transparency. When senior officials appear to deny reality or evade plainly understood questions before Congress, it damages faith in the integrity of our institutions. No administration and no federal agency should be permitted to manipulate public memory, obscure investigations, or escape accountability through word games and institutional stonewalling. We the People deserve truth, transparency, and equal application of the law. This is not going away. We will NOT forget.
