The Senate rules Must be changed to reform the filibuster. If you cannot bring yourselves to eliminate the filibuster, require 41 votes and require an actual talking filibuster. It has to be done in order to make any progress it has to be now! The senate must pass the John Lewis voting rights Act and the For the people Act to keep the franchise available to all citizens.
