I urge you to vote AGAINST confirming Jeremy Carl as Assistant Secretary of State. Mr. Carl has a well documented public history of openly racist, unapologetically white supremacist, anti-semitic, and homophobic remarks, and should not represent the US internationally. If you vote to approve this nomination, you accept (at a minimum) and will be presumed to endorse his hateful worldview.
