Genocide is Never Acceptable. Support Uyghur Policy Act - HR 2766

I’m writing to urge the senator to support and vote yes on H.R. 2766, the Uyghur Policy Act of 2023. The former and current US administrations, including Secretary Blinken himself, acknowledged what was happening to the Uyghurs as genocide. This bill would require the State Department to implement a comprehensive strategy to counter human rights abuses against the Uyghurs by China, and would help protect their unique ethnic and cultural identity. It has already passed by overwhelming majority in the House, and I am asking that you put your support behind it as well, and urge your colleagues to ensure the same outcome in the Senate.
