Investigate and act on what can only be described as a presidential pay-to-play racket. On August 1st, a $100,000-per-month subscription service called the Truth API began selling early access to Trump's "market-moving" posts before they reach the public. Investment firms that pay get a head start. Everyone else gets picked clean.
This is textbook market manipulation. When the president's words move markets and those words are sold in advance to the highest bidder, ordinary Americans are trading blind against people who bought the answer key. That's not a gray area. It's the kind of scheme that would land anyone else in front of a federal prosecutor. The fact that it's being run out of the White House makes it worse, not exempt.
I want you to call for a formal investigation, whether through the SEC, DOJ, or a congressional inquiry. If existing law doesn't cover this, close the gap with legislation now. The everyday American shouldn't have to compete against a president's paid subscribers every time he logs on.
