It's time to uphold your promise and decriminalize marijuana. We need to end the war on drugs in whole. It is was engineered as a tool of racism and has succeeded very well in that regard and has been an utter failure in every other way. Many, many lives have been destroyed by it and many lost. Criminalization doesn't work. We would have seen an effect by now if it did. End this tool of human misery and put funding into something that actually addresses the problem, harm reduction.
