Stop Bulso’s anti-abortion Bill

I hope both of you will oppose this legislation introduced by the far right radical Geno Bulso. To say he’s an odious person is understatement. HB26 – Unborn Child Protection Act of 2025 HB26 would create a wrongful death claim against a person or entity that mails or delivers abortion-inducing drugs to a person in Tennessee. Under this bill, strict liability would be imposed with mandatory damages of up to $5 million if delivery of such medication results in the termination of a pregnancy. I cringe every time I hear his name. Thankfully, we have both of you fighting the good fight to stand up for Democratic values. Thank you very much.
