Reject ICE and Border Patrol Funding

ICE and Border Patrol have operated with expanding impunity, conducting dragnet arrest campaigns, deploying far from the border into our cities, targeting people based on race or language, and secretly building surveillance systems with no public oversight. This is an abuse of power, and it is happening with taxpayer dollars. You have the power to stop further harm. I urge you to stand firmly for accountability, transparency, and the protection of our communities. As Congress negotiates DHS funding ahead of the January 30 deadline, YOU MUST REIN IN ICE AND BORDER PATROL NOW. • Reject any appropriations bill that increases ICE or Border Patrol funding. • Strengthen restrictions on dragnet raids and discriminatory targeting. • End Border Patrol deployments into our cities and halt its expanding mandate. • Limit DHS reprogramming authority so funds cannot be quietly diverted into detention and militarized enforcement. Not one more penny should go toward the machinery of state-sanctioned violence that has already taken too many lives—more than 30 deaths in ICE detention in 2025 alone. DO NOT SUPPORT ANY DHS APPROPRIATIONS BILL THAT FAILS TO REIN IN ICE’S ABUSES.
