Taxpayers should not have to foot the bill for a seditionist POTUS pension, travel allowance or secret service detail after he incited a mob to attack Congress as it worked to do the job of certifying an election in which he was not the winner. Five people were killed, and our Capitol vandalized, excrement smeared, and offices ransacked (who knows what government papers might have been photographed or stolen). Some of them were prepared to kidnap and possibly execute members of Congress and VP Pence. They built scaffolding and a noose on the mall for God’s sake! We must remove this stain on our government by whatever means necessary. Not doing so says we capitulate, and if we do that, we will deserve everything that comes after. I am horrified that ANYONE in Congress would be on the fence about the need to remove this man from office. To you Senators, Wyden and Merkely Thank you for calling for the removal of the president using the 25th amendment or impeachment. Vice President Pence refuses to get on the phone with Senator Schumer. Therefore I urge you to push leadership to reconvene Congress NOW. Trump must be impeached and removed immediately. There must be consequences for sedition and inciting violence against Congress. For you Representative Schrader, it is a shameful day for Oregon when one of it’s Democratic Representatives to Congress refuses to call for the impeachment and immediate removal of our seditious POTUS who incited a mob to attack the nation’s Capitol, getting 5 people killed. Four of the Congressional enablers are members of your own Problem Solvers Caucus! Only until a major donor has pulled the plug on your money train do you reverse course and do the right thing. What the country needs is secondary to your needs apparently. As Maya Angelou said, you have shown us who you are and we should have believed you the first time.Time to come out of the Republican closet and own it.
