She supported literacy campaigns, gifted books to the nation’s children through her imagination library (which you defunded, by the way), she embraced the causes of the lgbtq+, she kept her employees on full pay with full benefits during COVID while you provided corporations loans they’d never pay back, she sent checks to victims of natural disasters and donated proceeds from her songs to black neighborhoods. She believed in transparency, justice, truth, equity, equality, and acceptance. She was everything you’re not, and you don’t get to tell people she was a fan of yours and make imaginary images using that saintly woman’s likeness. You’re a phony and a fake. Resign!
