Seriously? Aren't you getting tires of this incompetence? This security breach is emblematic of the entire approach. Unprofessional conduct is putting our military at risk, and you're not doing anything about it. It's disgraceful.
The use of Signals to avoid record keeping and subpoena is bad enough. Adding unauthorized people is worse. But pasting highly classified attack plans (yes, it's the same thing as a "war" plan) to the chat is a level of incompetence that even a green private or airman wouldn't make.
I handled TS material every day for years without incident. I started doing so as an E2, and I know that what just happened is wrong. It's a violation of the Espionage Act, and people must be held accountable.
At the very least, Pete Hegseth must resign immediately. He is an unqualified drunken post turtle and should never have been placed there.
Tulsi Gabbard lied to Congress under oath, and then when caught, she pretended she didn't say
what we all heard her say. She should be held accountable, too.
Mike Waltz added unauthorized people to that group chat. He should be held accountable.
Every person on that chat had a legal responsibility to speak up and state clearly that this method of communication was inappropriate, and to put a stop to it.
What are you going to do about it. There are millions of service men and women and veterans watching you right now. We all know that had any one of us been involved with this clusterf#ck, we would have been court martialed, perhaps imprisoned, and definitely given a dishonorable discharge. Why are these people above the law?
