Keep Social Security Solvent

I am writing today regarding the news that Social Security will run out of funds as soon as the year 2032. There is an easy fix for this: change the law so that every dollar of earned income is subject to FICA withholding. Keep the systen solvent and functional for all who depend on it, both now and in the future. Thank you for your time.
