The Trump Guide to Protests & Boycotts – Rules for Patriots vs. Terrorists

I am writing to seek urgent clarification on the official rules of protesting and boycotting in Trump’s America because, frankly, we’re struggling to keep up. It seems like storming the U.S. Capitol is patriotic, but peacefully protesting at a Tesla dealership is domestic terrorism—and, well, we’d like to avoid prison time. Let’s start with protests. We took careful notes from January 6, where your supporters smashed their way into the Capitol, attacked police officers, and attempted to overturn an election. You called them “great patriots” and said they were “treated so unfairly”. You even claimed there was “love in that crowd” and followed through on your promise to pardon them. You made it clear that attacking the government itself is apparently just a passionate display of democracy. So imagine our confusion and disappointment when we saw you and Pam Bondi suddenly outraged over people protesting at Tesla dealerships! Now, suddenly, protests are dangerous, and those involved should be locked up for 20 years? What gives? If breaking into the Capitol and beating up police officers is “free speech,” why isn’t peacefully protesting a car company? Is it because Elon Musk is your friend? We’d love to know why Tesla gets more federal protection than the U.S. Capitol. Then there’s the boycott issue. You have been America’s #1 boycott influencer for years, instructing us on which businesses deserve our patriotic rage: • Starbucks – Because you didn’t like their holiday cups. • Apple – Because they refused to unlock an iPhone for law enforcement. • The NFL – Because players had the audacity to kneel. • Goodyear, Coca-Cola, Fox News, Nike, AT&T, and more – The list goes on. But now, suddenly, boycotting Tesla is “illegal”? Now it’s “radical left lunatics” colluding if they don’t want to buy a car from a billionaire who pals around with you? If you can tell us which companies we should protest, shouldn’t we get the same freedom? So, please, help us understand: • Why are Tesla protesters “domestic terrorists,” but the people who stormed the Capitol to overturn an election are “warriors” and “patriots”? • Why is breaking windows at Tesla a federal offense, but breaking into the U.S. Capitol is an act of love? • Why is boycotting Starbucks “free speech,” but boycotting Tesla “illegal collusion”? We’re just trying to follow the example you set on January 6 and with all your successful boycotts.
