Clearly define "emergency" for Executive Orders, or remove the privilege.

Hello, It is my understanding that one of the many ways Trump is abusing power is because within the Constitution, there have been additions allowing presidents Executive Order privileges in situations of an "emergency", but it is not clearly defined what constitutes an emergency (thus leaving it up to interpretation). These "emergency" situations need to be clearly defined within the Constitution, or Congress needs to quickly remove the provisions. Help restore the balance of power within the United States government before we lose our democracy. Thank you,
