An open letter to the President & U.S. Congress; State Governors & Legislatures

Silence Is Not Strength—It Looks Like Guilt and a Coverup

I’m writing to express deep concern over the Trump administration’s REFUSAL to provide information about the recent DEPORTATIONS of Venezuelan immigrants to El Salvador—despite a federal court order from Judge Boasberg. Credible reports suggest that not all deportees were gang members, raising serious questions about: • DUE PROCESS • TRUTHFULNESS • And the MISUSE of laws like the 1798 Alien Enemies Act. This lack of transparency is alarming—not only morally, but CONSTITUTIONALLY. The administration’s defiance of judicial oversight makes the United States look less like a functioning democracy and more like an AUTHORITARIAN STATE—where executive power overrides the RULE OF LAW, and public accountability disappears. This isn’t just a political issue—it’s a MORAL and DEMOCRATIC one. I urge you to demand answers and uphold the principles our country was FOUNDED ON. The American people—and the world—DESERVE THE TRUTH.
