The country is watching the David vs Goliath battle going on in Texas over the Republican power grab to divest 5 congressional districts of their Democratic representation.
We the people support these efforts to fight the unfairness and corruption of the system.
We the people would absolutely prefer that political parties wage their battles fairly. But that won’t happen. At least not in the current climate of grab power by any means possible.
But according to statistics, in Texas, the GOP efforts to grab even more power shows that their efforts have paid off in the past. So why wouldn’t they try again?
Especially when their president says they are ‘entitled’ to do so.
Entitlement has little to do with it. If you look at voter statistics it’s obvious that manipulating the system, along with persistent efforts to suppress our votes, is the reality.
