Bring Articles of Impeachment for Noem & Trump for murdering an American citizen exercising her 1st Amendment right to protest ICE actions in her neighborhood. Noem’s ICE officers wouldn’t let a doctor check the woman’s pulse after the shooting; they prevented EMT personnel from getting close enough to the scene to even use a stretcher to bring her out. This must stop NOW!
