Don't pay Texas robber barons Extortion

Tell FEMA not to pay the energy companies that are charging Texas residents outrageous rates for staying warm in an emergency, that was caused by those same energy companies. Instead charge them with crimes for charging irrational amounts of money for necessary power. It's insane that our tax money will pay those robber barons to profit off of a crisis that they created themselves. In other words only pay the money if you are going to grab it back later by charging them with crimes. Stop enabling the corporations that gouge Americans. Those same corporations that pay you to ignore their crimes!
