Reject Discriminatory S.9, Uphold Equal Rights for All Athletes

The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act unfairly discriminates against transgender and intersex athletes. It will not protect girls' safety but instead put all female athletes at risk of invasive examinations and harassment. This regressive legislation opens the door to policing women's bodies and enforcing outdated gender stereotypes. We must reject this harmful bill and uphold the rights of all athletes to participate freely without facing discrimination. Transgender girls are girls, and deserve equal access and inclusion in sports. Please vote against S.9 and stand up for the dignity and equal treatment of all young people.
