Thank you for Voting to Certify the Electors Thank you for being one of only two members of Alabama’s Congressional Delegation to vote in favor of certifying the electors from Arizona and Pennsylvania. After yesterday’s (January 6, 2021) insurrectionist attack on the US Capitol, I hoped that no Representative or Senator from Alabama would continue to object to certification. However, Senator Tuberville, Representative Aderholt, and the other five congressional Republican Representatives disappointed me, shamed themselves and the citizens of Alabama by perpetuating the false narrative of widespread election fraud. In so doing, they have given aid and comfort to the very insurrectionist thugs who threatened you and vandalized our nation’s capital. I am pleased that you and Representative Sewell demonstrated the courage to support truth and the rule of law. Thank you,
