It is vital that we implement survival protections for those who are living unhoused. Local governments including my own are using the overturning of grants pass as an excuse for violence and criminalization against our most vulnerable neighbors. They destroy shelter, medications, and other survival items without regard to the safety or well-being of the people they assault.
