Keep SPED in our schools

I am a constituent of Kansas and have lived here my entire life. Kansas has really good public schools and we need to help them. We should not take away funding for SPED services. My son is gifted and has been labeled as gifted since the first grade. The 90 minutes of his TAG (talented and Gifted) was what made him happy at school. His teachers in his traditional classes tried to work with him but they had 20+ other students that needed help. When people think of SPED they think of the room full of kids with special needs, but my gifted child was also helped by SPED. Don't take it away.
