If you read the Constitution, you'll see War Powers belong to Congress only.

Shame on you! I can't believe you voted against the War Powers resolution. This resolution was critical in keeping the imperialistic wannabe dictator, Trump, from continuing his illegal and unconstitutional attacks on Venezuela. Trump has already stolen natural resources from Venezuela and is storing his illgotten gains in an offshore account in Qatar. None of that money will ever help Venezuelans or Americans. Trump wants to play ruler of the Western hemisphere. Congress must step up and stop this madness. Perhaps read what the Constitution says about War Powers before voting your power (and the power of the people you're SUPPOSED to represent) away.
