Kennedy's misinformation risks public health, reconsider nomination

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. appears unfit to serve as the head of the Department of Health and Human Services due to his promotion of medical misinformation that contradicts established scientific evidence. His long history of making false claims, such as suggesting a link between childhood vaccines and autism which has been thoroughly disproven, undermines public trust in vital public health initiatives. Appointing someone who rejects basic facts and spreads disinformation about issues like infectious diseases and vaccination safety would be extremely detrimental. We need leaders at agencies like the CDC, FDA, and NIH who will rely on data and medical expertise to protect public health, not someone peddling unsubstantiated conspiracy theories. Kennedy's lack of any formal training in medicine or public health further disqualifies him from overseeing these critical federal health bodies. For the wellbeing of all Americans, this nomination raises serious concerns and should be reconsidered.
