Reject unconstitutional power grab in Senate Bill 58

It's an outrageous power grab for the legislature to try stripping the independently elected Attorney General of the ability to challenge unconstitutional executive overreach. Senate Bill 58 is a brazen assault on checks and balances that would render the AG powerless against presidential abuses. This authoritarian attempt to insulate the President from judicial review cannot stand. The Attorney General MUST be empowered to legally protect the rights of our citizens and the Constitutional order when the executive branch runs amok. Preventing court challenges would make a mockery of the separation of powers and the rule of law itself.
