An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Stop Doge from tracking federal employees!

28 so far! Help us get to 50 signers!

This federal employee tracking initiative raises significant privacy concerns and appears to be an overreach that does little to promote actual productivity or efficiency gains. Rather than implementing invasive monitoring systems, the administration should collaborate with departments and agencies to identify underutilized workspaces that could be consolidated or repurposed. Conducting rigorous oversight of the Office of Personnel Management and Department of General Services is crucial to ensuring federal resources are properly allocated without infringing on employee rights or creating an atmosphere of harassment. Congress must take action to rein in this misguided policy and refocus efforts on fostering a supportive environment where federal workers can thrive.
