Undermining Independent Agencies: The firing of FTC commissioners for political reasons challenges the independence of federal agencies and threatens regulatory stability. 4. Erosion of Judicial Oversight: The attack on nationwide injunctions limits the judiciary’s ability to check unconstitutional actions, weakening protection against governmental overreach. 5. Politicization of the Department of Justice: Using the DOJ to target political adversaries erodes public trust and undermines justice. 6. Neglect of Genuine National Security Threats: While focusing on law-abiding immigrants, the administration neglects real security threats, risking national safety.
