An open letter to the Vice President

Apparently JD Knows More Than The Pope

7 so far! Help us get to 10 signers!

I'm sorry, the Pope should be more careful when discussing theology?? Sir, sit down. You are a brand new Catholic convert, and not a terribly good one. And you have the audacity to tell a man whose entire career is theology to be careful when discussing theology? The head of the Catholic church, you're telling to be careful when discussing theology??? You do not know the word of Christ or you would know humility and deference. Jesus Christ and God the Father are on no country's side, certainly not ours. They are on the side of the peaceful, loving, and kind among us. They are the champions of the meek and humble. Give Corinthians and Psalms a read and then meditate in silence on them for a while. I'll get you started. 1 Corinthians 13, 4 - 7: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
