Furthermore, President Trump has declared, "I want unqualified support and absolute loyalty from my generals." This statement clearly indicates his intent to prioritize personal allegiance over the constitutional duty and the foundational principles of our nation. Such actions are alarming and risk undermining the independence and integrity of our military, echoing authoritarian tactics that have no place in a democratic society. Loyalty to the United States Constitution must always take precedence over loyalty to any elected official. I respectfully request that you publicly denounce these actions and clarify your commitment to upholding the Constitution over personal loyalty.
