The Executive Branch has failed to follow unambiguous congressional mandates for money allocated to Agencies. In light of this, it is compulsory that Congress exert the power of the purse to rein in the Executive Branch. To this end, it is imperative that no funding be approved until funding earmarked for projects run by Elon Musk and the reinstitution of congressionally mandated agencies is restaffed and the money allocated to them reinstated, regardless of the consequences.
