NO MILITARY MERGER WITH ISRAEL — DEFEND U.S. SOVEREIGNTY

I demand the complete removal of Section 219, formerly Section 224, from the House NDAA, as well as Sections 1217 and 845 from the Senate NDAA, and every other provision that integrates the U.S. military, intelligence apparatus, technology, weapons industry, or defense systems with Israel.
This is not ordinary cooperation between allies. It is a de facto merger of critical aspects of two nations’ military-industrial systems—integrating Israeli technology and industry into sensitive U.S. military programs involving AI, cyberwarfare, biotechnology, weapons development, data fusion, procurement, and more.
This is a direct assault on U.S. sovereignty and a massive overstep of the rights of the American people. Our military belongs to us. Its systems, technology, decision-making, and resources must remain independently controlled by and accountable to the American people—not permanently intertwined with any foreign government.
Constitutional, national-security, and foreign-policy experts have warned that this level of military integration threatens American sovereignty, undermines independent military decision-making, weakens democratic and congressional oversight, and could make the entanglement extremely difficult to reverse.
Embedding a foreign military and weapons industry into some of the Pentagon’s most sensitive systems is an immediate breach of the most basic principles of national security.
I demand:
• Remove House Section 219, formerly 224, and Senate Sections 1217 and 845, along with all other U.S.-Israel military integration provisions, from the NDAA.
• End all U.S. aid, weapons transfers, intelligence cooperation, and special military partnerships with Israel.
• Reject all AIPAC money, endorsements, support, and influence.
No foreign nation has the right to be embedded in our military. No foreign lobby has the right to buy our representatives. Defend our sovereignty. End the merger. Cut off Israel.
