Enact The Patients Over Profits Act

I want you to know that when health insurance companies own the medical facilities, they are self dealing, they have a conflict of interest and the best interests of the patient are not served. Did you know that the insurer United Healthcare already employs 10% of the doctors in our country? We need to separate insurance companies from providers so that doctors can focus on treating patients, not what makes the most money for the insurance company. I want you to cosponsor and actively support the Patients Over Profits Act (H.R. 5433/S. 2836) . It is high time put the health of 340 million Americans ahead of the greed of the giant health insurers.
