Protect federal judges from unjust impeachment

I express grave concern over the alarming move by House Republicans to potentially impeach federal judges for issuing rulings that contradict their political interests. Impeaching judges over unpopular decisions represents an unacceptable attack on judicial independence and the separation of powers enshrined in our Constitution. Federal judges must be able to interpret the law impartially, free from intimidation or retaliation for ruling against any party. This partisan threat to remove judges who make lawful but displeasing decisions severely undermines the integrity of our judicial system and the rule of law. I urge steadfast defense of an independent judiciary to uphold the democratic principles our nation was founded upon.
