Make things difficult for Trump billionaire supporters

If you haven’t seen them, check out the posts by Farron Cousins. He does some good research to come up with interesting ideas. In the latest, he cites a French economist who suggests that the way to cripple Trump is not to impose tariffs against the US as a whole, but to target the billionaires who support him. An example was imposing a form of wealth tax on them. If Elon Musk wants to sell Teslas in Europe, he must pay wealth tax to the European countries to do so. No wealth tax payments, no sales. A narrowly targeted tax that does not hurt the American people, but creates problems for the billionaires who support Trump. Maybe Congress could look into something like that, especially after the midterm elections.
