Please oppose the confirmation of telecom lawyer Nathan Simington to the FCC. He is unqualified and supports online censorship. Nathan Simington is a telecom lawyer who had a direct hand in drafting the Trump administration’s blatantly unconstitutional executive order that would blow up Section 230 and essentially turn the FCC into online speech police. He is also supported by the same Big Telecom companies that lobbied to kill net neutrality. And aside from this attack on free speech, Simington has almost no relevant experience for the position. I urge you to oppose Nathan Simington’s confirmation to the FCC.
