I urge you to issue an executive order requiring all law enforcement in Pennsylvania to wear visible identification and refuse cooperation with secretive ICE raids. Masked, unidentifiable officers have no place in a democracy. Please also support legislation to ban these tactics, expand sanctuary protections, and increase oversight of federal immigration actions. Pennsylvanians deserve transparency, safety, and dignity—especially immigrant and international communities under threat.
